happened. You don't need to respond to these requests. Your
AutoResponder already did it for you. You may send a follow-up letter
if you want to.
A: Yes. You can. You will be able to choose user IDs at our domain name:
PonyMail.Com, Most businesses choose their user IDs according to their company names or their products or services. For example, Ford Motor Company may want to use ford as a
user ID, so the AutoResponder address will be: ford@ponymail.com
A company that sells cook books, golf books, and music books may want to use COOKBOOK, GOLFBOOK and
MUSICBOOK as user IDs, so AutoResponders' addresses will be: cookbook@ponymail.com,
golfbook@ponymail.com, musicbook@ponymail.com. Sorry, we do not currently support using your own domain name.
Q: Can we use my own e-mail addresses in the headers of autoreplying messages?
A: Yes. You can have customized "From line", "Reply-To line", and "Subject line"
for autoreplying messages delivered by our mail server. The default setting
is: From: mailserver@ponymail.com; Reply-To: your_email_address; Subject:
Information You Requested. When you have your own domain name, the headers can
be: From: mailserver@yourcompany.com. Reply-To: yourname@yourcompany.com.
Q: What information do we place in our autoreply files?
A: Everything in your current brochure or catalog except images. If you don't
have a brochure or catalog, you may want to include following: company
background; product descriptions, specifications, prices; service
descriptions and prices; frequently asked questions by your customers
(with answers); how to place an order for your products and services;
order forms; different ways customers can contact your company. A well
written copy for your products or services will be your best salesperson.
When it's possible, include enough information to close the sale.
A: We accept the following file formats: ASCII; MS-DOS text, Microsoft Word for
Window 6.0; or Windows Write files. We will convert these files to
ASCII files for e-mail distribution. For faster service, send your files
by e-mails and your order form with Money Order or Check by Next Day Air.
There is a $25 per page charge if you send in printed sales materials and
typing is needed.
A: Yes. You can update your autoreply files once a month at no charge.
Subsequent updates in the same month may be made and will be charged $5.00 per update.
